 Join Toyota New Zealand at our Thames Vehicle Operations as a Reception & Administration Accounts Clerk and be the welcoming face and essential support for our team! 

The purpose of this role is to manage reception duties and coordinate various administration tasks including, payroll, accounts, banking, travel bookings and catering. Additionally, you will provide support for ad hoc duties within Thames Vehicle Operations.

This opportunity is a permanent, full-time position based on-site Monday – Friday at our Thames Vehicle Operation site.

What’s involved in the role:

  • Responsible for completing all reception duties, including visitor compliance, handling calls, and responding to emails.
  • Organise travel and accommodation arrangements utilising travel software to ensure efficient and accurate bookings.
  • Administration and completion of all payroll information for Thames Vehicle Operation staff.
  • Responsible for processing invoices accurately and on time.
  • Manage banking responsibilities, including handling TVO/Social Club transactions accurately and efficiently.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

  • Prior experience in financial administration, specifically accounts and payroll
  • Competent using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel 
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Great time management skills 
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally
