Support Toyota NZ’s Used Vehicle team in Palmerston North with data management, reporting, and sales operations for 14 months.

As Planning and Business Support for Toyota New Zealand’s Used Vehicle team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, accurate data management, and insightful reporting that drive our business forward. You’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders, contribute to process improvements, and support sales activities in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is full time, fixed term (14 months parental leave cover), based on-site Monday – Friday at our Head Office in Palmerston North.

What’s involved in the role:

  • Manage vehicle data and order processing (record creation, pricing, offers, rental returns, fleet sales) 
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on used vehicle performance, sales trends, and market analysis 
  • Support the development of executive reports and presentation materials for various audiences 
  • Oversee the Used Vehicle sales inbox and support direct sales 
  • Assist with rental returns and goodwill claims

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

  • Experience in administration, business support, or analyst roles 
  • Strong computer literacy (Excel, Power BI, databases)
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills 
  • Customer focus and relationship-building ability 
  • Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset 
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to change
